Cycle the New Forest from Ashurst, the eastern gateway to the national park. Very easily accessible by train, and with camping and a popular pub on site, this is a great place from which to access the Forest. Here you are on the network of approved off-road routes, which are generally flat, wide and easy going. You can head West for an easy trip into Lyndhurst, or head into the forest for easy circular route or longer tours of the park. New Forest inclusive Cycling specialists, Pedall, are based here for those needing support and use of adapted bikes.
