Walk Moreton Forest and Plantations from Moreton Village. Here you can park by the Walled Garden, with its cafe, gardens and play area. You also have quick access through the village, past the ford (a popular paddling spot for children) and on into the forest where you have a host of walking options, including the Jubilee Trail. This spot is also a bit of a Mecca (excuse the pun) for the famed Lawrence of Arabia (TE Lawrence), who is buried at the Church by the car park, lived in the village and worked in nearby Bovington Camp.
