Paddle on this beautiful, quiet stretch of the Hamble River from the River Hamble Country Park. Set back from the busy lower Hamble, the Country Park is an oasis of peace. The riverbank is accessible in several places, including several small stony beaches from where you can easily access the water and a wooden jetty in case the tide is low. There is a short walk through the woods from the car park to the river. QE2 Activity Centre is situated in the park and offers a range of activities for people with disabilities, including canoeing and kayaking.
